This listing is for a 8x10* or 9x13* Cross Stitch Portrait from a favorite photograph of a child, adult or pet. (Additional subjects can be added to the portrait for an additional cost).

 All custom portraits need to be commissioned. Since you will need to provide the photo(s) I will be not able to put a price on this artwork until I am able to see the complexity of the desired photograph(s). 

I work from photographs so please email me your best photograph(s) and we can work out together which are the most suitable to use for a portrait. Your image must be clear with good lighting, preferably lots of highlights and shadows.

Tip: the best pieces are of images of subjects with a lot of personality and facial expression, taken from an angle; not a straight on headshot.

Order Process:

1. Place order.

2. Once order is received, I will contact you to discuss the details of your commissioned work. At this time we will determine size, the best images to use, timelines and pricing for your custom portrait.

3. You will email me a variety of images to choose from and submit 50% deposit** to start work.

**I can start your portrait as soon as I have received your 50% deposit. This becomes non-refundable once the process has started. I will contact you by email with more details about the procedure of creating your portrait. Once complete I will email you a scan of the finished artwork for your approval, and the 50% balance is due before shipping.
